Yes. Frames and sills are part of the clean, not an extra. We remove the dirt and debris from them as well as cleaning the glass, so the whole window looks clean.
Do you use a water-fed pole or traditional window cleaning?
Both. We offer traditional window cleaning, and we also use high-reach pure water systems for glass that is hard to get to, such as conservatory roofs. If you have a preference, tell us when you get in touch.
Do I need to be at home when you clean the windows?
Not usually for an outside clean, as long as we can reach every window. We send a message the day before so you know we are coming, and you can leave a side gate unlocked for the back. An inside clean needs someone there to let us in.

Yes. We clean windows inside and out. Inside glass is cleaned on request, and it works well alongside a one-off clean or for an empty property.
